The Girl In The Mirror🪞
The Girl In The Mirror - A Poem
In the mirror,
A girl I see.
Her reflection,
Staring back at me.
She's a human,
Just like you and I.
I see her face,
Full of grace.
But in her eyes,
A hint of pain,
Let's not judge,
Let's not make her cry.
She longs for a friend,
A heart to hold,
A gentle soul,
warm and bold.
She wants to live,
to dance,
to laugh.
So, let's not be harsh,
Let's not be unkind.
For gentleness,
Is what she seeks to find.
She deserves love,
acceptance,
and respect.
In this reflection,
A work of art,
With flaws and beauty penned in heart.
She's a human,
Don't blame her.
She dreams of living,
Of finding love,
Like a fluttering dove in sky above.
For the girl in the mirror,
Wears a delicate face.
She longs for a gentle touch,
A hand to hold when times are tough.
So, when you see that girl,
Love her fiercely,
Don't let her hide.
